But what do you do if you want cosmetic surgery? In 2010, 13.1 million people underwent a cosmetic procedure in the U.S. A figure that's up 5% over 2009, and which cost patients an enormous $10.7 bn., according to the North American Society of Cosmetic Surgeons (ASPS).
